New Mini Apps on Snapchat is rolled out for all the Android and iOS users globally. Snap Mini apps were first unveiled last month at Snap Partner Summit. Snap Mini apps are a small product which is seen in the Snapchat app.

On Monday, the first Snap’s new Mini apps were launched with the tools from meditation app.
A Snap spokesperson said,
“To help support the mental health and emotional wellbeing of Snapchatters,.”
As the name suggests, Minis, it is the miniature apps which are made by third-party developers which run inside the Snapchat. The Mini apps are built using HTML, and it creates social experiences among friends.
From the four Snap which is launching this week, one of them is Headspace. And the others are Let’s Do It, Flashcards and Prediction Master. Let’s Do It allows the groups to make decisions together. Prediction Master serves timely questions on everything from Stock Market to sneaker drops. And Flashcards create study aids, and it is by Tembo.
Snap Minis are the new features and products of the company. It also shows the Snap’s partnership with Headspace on wellbeing features on Snapchat.
According to the Snap research, it will show the feelings of anxiety, depression, stress and other mental health problem. It also found that users usually want to turn to their friends first whenever they have this type of feeling.
The spokesperson said, in a statement,
“That research helped inform how we designed this Headspace mini — we are putting resources front and centre where Snapchatters already talk to their close friends, and we hope this new feature will provide a safe space for friends to practice mindfulness, and be able to send encouraging messages to positively boost friends in need.”
There are six meditation sessions in the Headspace. All the meditation are three to four minutes long and has themes like “Just Breathe,” “Get Out of a Funk,” “Kick the Panic,” “Be Nice to You,” “Pressure to Succeed,” and “Me Time.”
To get access to Headspace Mini in Snapchat, there are a couple of ways. Firstly, you can enter via Here for You vertical, second, and you can click on the rocket icon in the chat and start the conversation with friends. And if you want to meditate alone then type “Headspace” in the search bar.
