As the company stated earlier, the all-new Realme X sports flagship specifications under the price range of Rs. 20,000. With some great under-the-hood specs and powerful camera setup, the new Realme X is here to dethrone any other smartphone in the segment.

Other than the great design, pop-up selfie camera and in-display fingerprint scanner, the new Realme X catches the attention with a powerful 48MP rear camera.

Google Camera unlocks the real capability of the camera. Most of you might already be excited to blend robust hardware and software. Don’t worry as we, here, will tell you how to install Google Camera (Gcam) on Realme X. You can find the steps and download the links below.


Google Camera on Realme X Features –

First of all, let’s talk about the features that you will be getting with the Gcam on Realme X.

  • HDR+ You can use this feature to click good pictures in low-light or backlit scenes.
  • Night Sight You will get the Night Sight feature in the Realme X inbuilt. But Google’s Night Sight is much powerful. The feature enhances the details and colors that get lost in the dark.
  • Super Res Zoom This feature of Gcam keeps your pictures sharp when you zoom in—without the blur.
  • Top Shot – Using the Top Shot feature in Google camera, you will get the best shots, where no one is blinking.
  • Portrait – Realme X features a dual rear camera setup, but you should try Portrait mode on Gcam too. The app also makes the subject of your photo pop by leaving them in color, while changing the background to black and white.
  • Google Lens Suggestions – Using this feature, you will automatically get information by pointing the camera at contact info, URLs, and barcodes. It also suggests things to do like calling the number or sending an email.

GCam for Realme X VERSION 1

STEP 1 –

First of all, you need to download the working Google Camera APK for Realme X. You can download the APK using the link mentioned below.

Here, we are using the Gcam patch of Google Pixel 3.

VERSION: Google Camera 6.3.017.253834016 (arm64-v8a) (nodpi) (Android 9.0+).

STEP 2 –


After downloading the APK, install it like any other third-party app.

STEP 3 –

After installing the Gcam on Realme X. Open the Google Camera app.

STEP 4 –

Follow these steps after opening the app for the first time. These steps will make sure that your app is working correctly.

  1. Click on More Option
  2. Open Camera Settings
  3. Open BSG MOD settings.
  4. Input Model
  5. Change -Interface Style – Pixel 2
  6. Back Camera- Pixel 3 XL
  7. Front Camera – Nexus 6P(Angler Huwaei)
  8. Configurations- PIXEL2018 ZSLR HDR+
  9. Go back – Enable Google Photos
  10. Disable Zoom (Preferably)
  11. Enable HDR+ Enhanced in Portrait Mode
  12. Open Saturation
  13. Highlight Saturation -1.8
  14. Shadow Saturation – 2.3 (Do the same for FRONT and REAR)
  15. Restart the app again.

GCam for Realme X VERSION 2

[NOTE: You can try out VERSION 2 if VERSION 1 is not working well]

  • First of download the Google Camera APK VERSION 2 for Realme X. You can download the APK using the link mentioned below.

  • For Version 2, you need to follow these steps after opening the app for the first time.
  1. Click on More Option
  2. Open Camera Settings
  3. Open BSG MOD Settings
  4. Open Saturation for Back Camera
  5. Highlight Saturation -1.9
  6. Shadow Saturation – 2.0
  7. Turn ON the Enhanced HDR+ in Portrait Mode
  8. Go back to Camera Settings again
  9. Go to Advanced option
  10. Enable the HDR+ Control option
  11. Go to BSG MOD Settings again
  12. Select the Remove AF Data From Screen
  13. Restart the app.
